Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
At CharmKart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms for refunds, returns, and cancellations.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products. To initiate a return, please ensure:

The item is in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted for:

Damaged or defective products.

Missing parts.

Receipt of the wrong item.

Non-returnable items:

Personalized items, electronic health equipment, exercise equipment, and cleaning products.

Sale items and gift cards.
To start a return, contact us at contact@charmkart.com. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Refund Process
Refunds are applicable only in cases of receipt of the wrong item. Refunds will be processed as follows:

For Prepaid Orders: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A deduction of Rs 100 will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded. We’ll require your bank account details for COD refunds.
No Refunds will be issued for:

Quality-related concerns that are subjective, such as “not meeting expectations.”

Products that don’t fall under the eligible categories for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed promptly. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
3. Cancellation Process

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, email us at contact@charmkart.com or call us at +91-9911663849 as soon as possible.
If your cancellation is approved, a refund (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method. COD orders will have a Rs 100 deduction applied.
4. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is accepted. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued for products that aren’t damaged or incorrect.
